An Easy Little Snack Meal By Jean Dandrea This dish is one of the easiest snack meals I've ever found. It only takes a few minutes, and tastes great! You'll need: 1 medium zucchini A clove of garlic or a teaspoon of dried garlic Small onion - optional Heaped tablespoon of butter Salt to taste 1 or 2 slices bread Heat the butter in a frying pan. When simmering, add the onion,garlic and zucchini. Sprinkle salt to taste. Cook until the zucchini is slightly brown on both sides, then remove it from the pan. Fry the bread in the remaining garlic butter until brown. Put bread on the plate, then cover with the zucchini, and enjoy! This is a great winter snack, but beware, it's full of calories.
